To set up your personal account, please follow the steps below
Create your online account with an e-mail address and password. Then scan the 2FA QR code on your mobile authenticator to secure your access.
Upload your Proof of Residence, Identification, and take a quick selfie to proceed to the next step. The system will specify which type of documents can be accepted and you can also choose to continue this process on your phone.
Provide your Nationality and expected monthly spend.

To set up a business account, please follow the steps below
Visit the Business Account page via the menu, fill in the form and we will reach out to you.
Once cleared for on-boarding, you will be provided access to the online portal. Create your online account with an e-mail address and password. Then scan the 2FA QR code on your mobile authenticator to secure your access.
Provide the information about company’s industry, number of employees and other.
Upload Certificate of Incorporation and Shareholders Certificate.
Provide company name, registration number and other.
Provide information for directors and shareholders with more than 25% ownership in the company. A link will be sent to them via email to complete online KYC (Proof of Residence, Identification, Selfie, basic questionnaire, and phone verification)
